Adelia Jacobs is a registered dietitian committed to empowering families to achieve their nutrition goals through her wealth of knowledge and expertise. Adelia has experience working clinically in a variety of areas in a children’s hospital, and has completed a master’s degree in human nutrition in addition to her education to become a dietitian. Specializing in overall wellbeing and client-centered care, she prioritizes building strong relationships with her clients and tailoring nutrition recommendations to meet their unique needs and goals. Adelia’s approach emphasizes evidence-based practices, and positive mealtime strategies to support sustainable changes and improved health outcomes. With experience working across diverse populations, including infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents, she is passionate about supporting individuals and families in making informed choices about their health. Outside of her practice, Adelia enjoys baking, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family and friends.

Lawren is a registered dietitian who provides individual nutrition assessments and plans that may address nutrition or feeding concerns from infants and children to adults. Lawren is passionate about developing food skills and life-long healthy habits across the lifespan. She offers nutrition services that focus on the following areas:
- Prenatal nutrition
- Pediatric nutrition and family feeding issues
- Infant feeding and baby-led weaning
- Infant and child food allergies and intolerances
- Picky/problematic eating and building positive family eating/feeding experiences
- Optimizing specialty diets (allergies, vegetarian, vegan, etc)

Lawren has a light-hearted, no non-sense approach and provides ongoing support and accountability to help reach your goals. She aims to make recommendations that are specific for you or your family’s needs.
Lawren has specialized experience in ketogenic diets for adjuvant therapy for adult epilepsy and both pediatric and adult oncology. Meet Natalie

Natalie Hallett has been practicing as a registered dietitian since 2020. Since then, she has developed skills in a variety of practice areas, including acute care, oncology, eating disorders, and pediatrics. She has also worked in the community as a Food Skills Coordinator at a community food centre. Natalie is passionate about supporting individuals and families with making mealtimes a more positive experience for everyone. Natalie knows that life can be crazy at times, and the last thing anyone needs is another chore, especially when it comes to mealtimes.
She meets clients where they are, whatever that looks like, and provides practical nutrition strategies and tips. Natalie’s objective is to empower her clients to define and meet their nutrition goals. Her approach is calm and empathetic, and she practices using a weight-inclusive, anti-diet culture lens.

Ally Choo, BSc, RD is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia. Ally received her undergraduate degree with honours from the University of British Columbia and completed her dietetic internship with Providence Health Care.
Ally has a wide variety of clinical experience, including general outpatients, diabetes, medicine, surgery, renal Disease, oncology, chronic pain and intensive care. Ally also has years of experience working as the clinical dietitian for the Fraser Health Eating Disorders program.
Her main areas of practice include:
- Eating Disorders (AN, BN, OSFED, BED, ARFID) + Disordered Eating
- Intuitive Eating
- Plant based nutrition
Ally believes that change starts with one small decision. In her practice, she helps her clients achieve their health and wellness goals by coaching them on how to form simple, tiny habits that will lead to lasting results. By conducting a thorough nutrition assessment and using the best available nutrition evidence, Ally individualizes her nutrition recommendations to fit her client’s unique (and often busy!) lifestyles.
Ally prides herself in being a weight neutral practitioner and practices from a gender and trans inclusive lens. She believes that health is attainable at any weight, shape or size and believes that all bodies deserve dignity and respect. Ally focuses on health gain rather than weight loss and finds passion in helping her clients find food freedom.

Madison has been a Registered Dietitian for the past 9 years and has experience in pediatrics and eating disorder nutrition. She completed her BSc Honours Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics from Western University in London, Ontario and her post-graduate dietetic internship at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine. Madison’s interests include hiking or biking outside with friends, reading, and travelling!
“I work with both pediatric and adult clients. I can help parents ensure their child is meeting their nutritional requirements to support growth. I can also assist with introduction to solid foods, food allergies/intolerances, and picky eating tendencies. Meet Marilee,
Marilee is a non-diet and size inclusive dietitian supporting clients to make peace with food and their bodies through a non judgmental and light-hearted approach to nutrition.
Marilee is passionate about providing nutrition care without food rules through an inclusive, anti-oppressive, body affirming and health at every size philosophy. Marilee works primarily with clients of all ages who are tired of dieting or feeling unhappy in their bodies as well as folks who experience disordered eating or have eating disorders.
She liaises and works in collaboration with community eating disorder programs, mental health and primary care providers.
Marilee holds expertise in eating disorder recovery, improving relationships with food/body image and reducing stress around eating. She has lived experience with ADHD, perinatal/motherhood and disordered eating.
She offers nutrition services that focus on the following areas:
