Katie is a registered dietitian with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC. She received her undergraduate degree from the University
of Alberta and completed her comprehensive dietetic internship with Alberta Health Services.
Katie has over 15 years of experience in a variety of areas including chronic disease
management, digestive health, and neurology. She has years of experience working for both
Alberta Health Services and Interior Health.
Recently she spent over a year supporting the
Interior Health eating disorder clinics in Cranbrook, BC (pediatric, youth, adults).
Her main areas of practice include: Eating Disorders (AN, BN, BED, ARFID, OSFED),
disordered eating, and relationship with food.
Katie is passionate about supporting clients in developing compassionate, sustainable relationships
with food and their bodies. She believes that each person’s relationship with food is shaped by
unique life experiences and that healing begins with feeling heard, respected, and supported.
Katie is committed to meeting clients where they are, honoring their autonomy, and creating a
safe, non-judgmental space for growth.
Katie works with children, youth, and adults using a weight neutral and non-diet approach that
emphasizes body respect, attuned eating, and evidence-based nutrition care. Katie incorporates a neurodivergent-affirming approach while building trust, safety and autonomy with all clients.

Meet Nicole
Nicole is accepting new clients.
Nicole is a registered dietitian with 23 years of experience with extensive clinical experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Nicole always puts her clients’ needs first, using excellent listening skills to ensure individualized client-centred care. Nicole provides nutrition guidance for clients of all ages, from babies to seniors and is passionate about helping those with eating disorders, disordered eating patterns, and gastrointestinal concerns. Throughout her career, Nicole has mentored many dietitians and continues to do so, sharing her knowledge and expertise to support the next generation of professionals. As a mother of three children (ages 7–17) and pet lover with two dogs and a cat, Nicole also volunteers with the PADS (Pacific Assistance Dogs Society) program in her spare time, combining her love of animals with community service. She leads with kindness, inclusivity, and respect, empowering clients through education to make informed choices about their health.

Adelia has experience working clinically in a variety of areas in a children’s hospital, and has completed a master’s degree in human nutrition in addition to her education to become a dietitian. Specializing in overall wellbeing and client-centered care, she prioritizes building strong relationships with her clients and tailoring nutrition recommendations to meet their unique needs and goals. Adelia’s approach emphasizes evidence-based practices, and positive mealtime strategies to support sustainable changes and improved health outcomes. Marilee is a non-diet and size inclusive dietitian supporting clients to make peace with food and their bodies through a non judgmental and light-hearted approach to nutrition.
Marilee is passionate about providing nutrition care without food rules through an inclusive, anti-oppressive, body affirming and health at every size philosophy. Marilee works primarily with clients of all ages who are tired of dieting or feeling unhappy in their bodies as well as folks who experience disordered eating or have eating disorders.
She liaises and works in collaboration with community eating disorder programs, mental health and primary care providers.
