Welcome to Little Spuds Nutrition Online Booking
Discovery Calls: Schedule a free 15-minute phone call to discuss your nutrition goals/questions, learn about our services and select a dietitian who best suits your needs.
New Clients: Must complete an initial assessment. Schedule an introductory call to determine which dietitian would be best for you.
Initial Assessments: range from 60-90 min and focus on information gathering and rapport building. Assessments for complex needs or multiple family members require a 75-90 min session or 2x 60min sessions to ensure adequate time.
Follow-up Sessions: After assessment is complete, existing clients (within the past year) may book follow-ups. We recommend booking a few sessions as our clinicians calendars can fill up. Clients inactive more than 1 year need an updated assessment.

Meal Support offers clients a supportive setting to share a meal together. During these sessions, clients start with a pre-meal check-in, enjoy their own brought-from-home meals, and engage in various activities afterwards. This holistic support, encompassing the period before, during, and after the meal, enhances the likelihood of successful meal completion, encourages normalized eating habits, and assists in addressing behaviors that may obstruct progress towards healthy eating and recovery. Meal Support is beneficial across different stages of recovery, aiding individuals in both improving their intake and variety. Moreover, it provides a safe environment for clients to practice social eating.
